Nicknamed "Queen of the Alps", the Rouget waterfall is 80 metres high. It sometimes freezes in winter, offering visitors the spectacle of an icefall.

From the Tourist Office, head towards the "Cascade du Rouget". After the Salvagny hamlet, at a panel indicating that the road is closed, you'll find the car park on your right.
Leave your vehicle and follow the closed road as far as the Sales bridge. A few hundred metres after the bridge, take the path on your left. It takes you through a forest before rejoining the road. Continue on the road for 200 metres.
