At the charming chalet hotel Neige et Roc we invite you to try our gourmet restaurant in Samoëns. We serve home-made dishes combining traditional cuisine with modern gastronomy, and offer a menu updated regularly according to the season, showcasing various regional products. The cuisine is varied and refined, a delight to your palate.

Those with a taste for fish of alpine lakes will be enchanted by the selection of perch, trout, Arctic char and crayfish.

For cheese enthusiasts, Savoyard specialities such as fondue should fit the bill. And in the summer we host a weekly barbecue in an alpine chalet.

We also propose vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals (gluten free breds are available for breakfast and dinner).

Special holiday menu

Special menu for Christmas Eve (December, 24th) and for New Year's Eve (December, 31st). Those menus will be set mid-december.

No plastic single-use stirrers, no plastic cup/bottle/dishes. Recycling of deposit bottles, coffee pods, coffee grounds, plastic plugs and corks. Preservation of the quality and volume of water. No use of toxic products in the pipes. Organic and non-organic waste sorting.

Covid-19 special services

We set up the health protocol from our hotel-cafe owner-restaurateur federation. The staff took a special training course for the Covid-19. - A bollard with alcoholic gel is situated at the entrance of the restaurant; - An application for mobile phone has been created. You will find it in all the restaurant’s menus as well as all the information you will need about our services. You will find the QR code for it at the entrance of the restaurant; - You have to wear a mask for every trip within the restaurant; - Please respect 1m between you and the other guests; - A traffic direction has been set up in the restaurant to avoid contacts. Please respect it; - The chairs are disinfected and the tablecloths changed after each service; - Please disinfect your hands before using the machine with the dedicated gel. - Please keep your children at the table and stop them to run everywhere. For breakfast, it is better if an adult can serves the children while they stay at the table.
